When you begin doing business with Severnprint we will:

• Produce a quotation to let you know how much it will cost to produce the item at the beginning and at every stage during production
• Open a credit account with your business once you have provided us with certain financial information
• Ensure you transact your business with the same knowledgeable person throughout the process from concept to delivery
• Give you the option of specifying the SylvaPack environmental print route and other choices you have to reduce the environmental impact of your business with Severnprint
• Ensure that if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service or product we will resolve the matter before an invoice is issued

In exchange we:

• Expect to receive a clear order and instructions from you
• Expect to be paid within the terms agreed at the time of ordering
