Severnprint Environmental Policy

This lies at the heart of the Environmental Management System

The policy provides a direction for our efforts in improving the environmental performance of the business. From this annual action plans are drawn up.

The key areas of the environmental policy:

• To comply with all relevant legislation and the Printing Industry environmental codes of practice

• Optimise the use of packaging in the delivery of products to customers

• Minimise emissions to the atmosphere from the printing process

• Improve energy and other resource efficencies and minimise waste

• Minimise Severnprint's impact on the environment from vehicle usage

• Comply with the Forest Stewardship Council's "Chain of Custody"
